1. Acceptance of these Terms

By using StudyGuide.net (the “Site”) at https://studyguide.net/, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What StudyGuide.net is

StudyGuide.net is an editorial reference site for professional certification and entrance exams. The Site lists exams and the study materials that publishers have made available for them, so visitors can see what exists before buying anything. The Site itself does not sell study materials, deliver courses, administer exams, or award credentials.

3. Educational and informational purpose

Everything on StudyGuide.net is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. The Site is not a substitute for, and is not affiliated with, the official organisation that sponsors, registers for, or administers any of the exams it lists, unless the Site says otherwise on a specific page.

4. Accuracy, currency, and the user’s responsibility to verify

Exam facts change. Eligibility rules, registration windows, fees, content domains, scoring methods, passing standards, retake policies, and similar details are set and updated by the exam’s official testing organisation. StudyGuide.net shows the facts it has on file and the date a human last confirmed them, but the Site cannot guarantee that any fact is current.

Before you register for an exam, pay an exam fee, schedule an appointment, or rely on an exam fact for a high-stakes decision, confirm the details directly with the official testing organisation. The Site’s own footer states this principle.

5. No guarantee of outcomes

StudyGuide.net does not guarantee that you will pass any exam, gain admission to any program, obtain any certification, achieve any particular score, qualify for any license, or obtain any other outcome. Whether you achieve such outcomes depends on factors outside the Site’s control, including the official testing organisation, your preparation, and your performance on test day. Nothing on StudyGuide.net is a substitute for that preparation.

6. Intellectual property

Vendor names, exam names, exam codes, and any logos or trademarks displayed on StudyGuide.net remain the property of their respective owners. References on the Site are descriptive and nominative; they should not be read as endorsement by, partnership with, or sponsorship from those owners.

7. Acceptable use

By using the Site you agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or attempt to bypass any security measure.
  • Access, scrape, or copy the Site by automated means at a rate that interferes with normal operation of the Site, except for ordinary search-engine indexing performed by recognised search engines.

The content, pricing, availability, and policies of any third-party product or service are the responsibility of the third party that operates it, not StudyGuide.net. StudyGuide.net cannot guarantee the accuracy of any information found on a third-party site, and the presence of a link from StudyGuide.net to a third party is not an endorsement, sponsorship, or guarantee of that third party, its products, or its services.

Any decision to purchase a study material, register for an exam, or rely on a third-party product is your own decision. You should read the third party’s own terms, privacy policy, and any refund or return policies before relying on it.

9. Affiliate links

From time to time StudyGuide.net may link to study materials through affiliate links with publishers. When a visitor clicks such a link and purchases the product, StudyGuide.net may receive compensation. The cost to the visitor is the same as visiting the publisher’s site directly. Editorial content on StudyGuide.net is independent of any affiliate relationship, and any product listed on StudyGuide.net is listed because the editorial team considers it a useful study resource, not because of the affiliate arrangement alone.

StudyGuide.net maintains a list of publisher-allowed domains. Outbound links are validated against that list so that affiliate links only point where the publisher intends them to point. StudyGuide.net updates the Site’s editorial content continuously and may amend these Terms of Service at any time. When these Terms change, the effective date at the top of this page will be updated, and a summary of what changed will be appended in a change log below this section for at least 30 days after the change takes effect.

The continued use of the Site after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
